A.Z. Shipping Services commits to comply with the Quality Management System as per requirements of ILO, MLC 2006.
A.Z. Shipping Services Supplies seafarers only to ship owner that offer terms and conditions of employment complaint with applicable laws and regulations and collective bargaining agreement between ship owner and representative seafarers organization.
No Fee is borne directly or indirectly by the Seafarers for their Recruitment / Employment in A.Z. Shipping Services.
A.Z. Shipping Services does not prevent or deter Seafarers from gaining Employment in the Company.
A.Z. Shipping Services recruitment is carried out without any discrimination or bias due to race, colour, sex, religion or social origin.
A.Z. Shipping Services protects the Seafarers right of Privacy, their Personal data maintained in the office is kept strictly confidential so much as necessary for employment and respond to officials.
A.Z. Shipping Services conducts its service in order to reach the quality objectives established and reviewed on annual basis.

A.Z. Shipping Services prohibits the unlawful possession and handling of drugs and alcohol on board of any vessel and on A.Z. Shipping Services premises or when conducting A.Z. Shipping Services business.
